Delivery and Returns

Delivery Policy

All deliveries within Delhi and NCR will be processed within 3-4 days while outstation shipments will be dispatched in 2 days. The exact receiving date will vary based on location and the delivery partner.

Exchange Policy (if applicable)

Only the defective or damaged items are eligible for exchange. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at order@ambrosiya.in and courier your item to: Siya Ram Dry Fruits, Ground Floor, M -831, The Images floor, Sector-51, Gurgaon-122018, Haryana

Return Policy

Our policy lasts 25 days. If 25 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging along with the invoice.

Refund Policy (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified via email. You will also be notified about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be initiated, and a credit will automatically be applied to your selected mode or to the original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If your refund will be rejected, you will be informed along with the information of rejection.

All refunds will be processed under 2 days upon receiving the product and inspection process but the bank credits may take longer depending on the receiving bank.

Late or No Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund with in the given time period, then check your bank account just to be sure and contact your respective bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale Items related Policies (if applicable)

Sale items cannot be refunded only regular priced items are eligible for return and refund.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel the order before the dispatch without any extra cost. Post that, you will not be able to cancel the order.

Gifts

For the refund of gift items, a gift certificate will be e-mailed to the account from which the order has been placed after the purchased item is received and inspected.

To return your product, you can courier your product to the below mentioned address:

Initially, you have to pay for the shipping costs for returning the item. Once the refund is approved from our side we will also refund the shipping cost. We will credit that in your store credit including the value of the refund.

If you are shipping an item over Rs. 999, it is advisable to use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Only you will be responsible for any damage which will happen during the shipping of returned/exchanged product.
